Job Description :
|
- Coordinates between and within production team, printing press, clients and the sales department:
- Check back covers, blueprints and ISBNs.
- Update print & online publication catalogue.
- Get approval of authors on final manuscripts, biographies and cover photos.
- Negotiate rates & time frame with freelance translators of new manuscripts.
- Works in close proximity with copyrights coordinator and marketing specialist to ensure that all legal and promotional issues are implemented throughout the production process (for example: posters, sponsorship logo, intellectual property rights notice on copyrights page).
- Works in close proximity with marketing specialist to ensure that all promotional activities were in sync with release dates and contractual deadlines.
- Works in close proximity with layout operator for a final confirmation of the correspondence between the final edited manuscripts and the blueprints, inserted through 3B2 program.
- Undergoes an extensive research in order to ensure that enough information was gathered for graphic designers (working on covers and posters) in such a way that their final draft truly represents the product in question.
- Monitors publishing plan and release schedules
- Assigns new projects to freelance translators, editors and graphic designers.
- Represents publishing manager during absences, business trips and meetings.
- Interviews new translators and editors through standard editing or translation tests required by All Prints.

| Requirements : |
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- 1-2 years of experience
- Must be organized and able to work under pressure
- Good team player
